1. Does the price of the bouquet include the money?
No. The displayed price is for the cash bouquet arrangement and our service, including the soap flower roses, bouquet wrapping, ribbons, LED lights and decorative accessories. The Singapore dollar cash is not included in the bouquet price. You will need to add the amount of cash you wish to include in your order.

2. Are the cash notes real money? Can I use fake money?
Yes. We use authentic Singapore dollar (SGD) notes for our money bouquet. We do not use counterfeit, fake or imitation money. You can choose the denomination of the Singapore dollar notes according to your preferred cash amount.

3. How much money can I put in this bouquet?
You can choose the total amount of money you would like to include in your cash bouquet. The available denominations are stated in the Product Information section above. For example, if you would like to give $200 in cash, you can choose: 20 × $10 notes = $200. You may select different denominations based on your preferred presentation and budget.

4. How much does the bouquet cost?
The total cost of your bouquet consists of:
Cash Bouquet Price + Amount of Cash Included + Delivery Fee (if applicable)
For example, if the bouquet price is $XX and you choose to include $200 in Singapore dollar notes, the total amount will be the bouquet price + $200 + delivery fee, if you require delivery.

5. Can I self-collect the bouquet?
Yes! You can self-collect your cash bouquet from our gift shop. Please visit this Contact page for our shop address, opening hours and contact details. As this is a custom-made cash bouquet, we recommend placing your order at least 2 days in advance so that we have sufficient time to prepare your bouquet.

6. Can you deliver the bouquet on a specific date?
Yes. We provide cash bouquet delivery services for a small delivery fee. If you would like your bouquet delivered on a specific date, please let us know the recipient’s postcode and preferred delivery date. We will advise you on the available delivery arrangements. 7. Can you write a personal message in a greeting card?
Absolutely! We can help you include a personalized message in a greeting card together with your bouquet. Simply send us the message you would like to include via WhatsApp, and we will take care of the rest. This makes the cash bouquet an even more meaningful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, promotions and other special occasions.

8. Can I change the color of the cash bouquet?
Yes! We can customize the bouquet wrapping and ribbon colors according to your preference, subject to color availability. If you have a particular color theme in mind, such as red, pink, blue, purple or gold, let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. What payment methods available for the cash bouquet?
We accept cash, Paynow/Paylah or direct bank transfer for local customers. For international customers that use credit card payment, there will be a 4% surcharge on the amount of money that you want to put. We do not make any profit from the money, hence the 4% is purely bank fees that incurred.
