Eileen Town Gift Shop is located at Sunshine Plaza, 91 Bencoolen Street, #01-42, Singapore 189652, in central Singapore. We operate both a physical gift shop and an online store, allowing customers to browse and purchase gifts either online or in person.

You can place an order through our online store for products available for online purchase. For customized, personalized or made-to-order gifts, please contact us through WhatsApp or our contact channels before ordering so that we can confirm your requirements.

Yes. You can provide us with your personalized message, and we can help arrange it with your gift. For some products, customers can send their message to us through WhatsApp.

For selected products, customization such as flower colors, wrapping paper and design themes may be possible, subject to availability. 

Yes. Eileen Town provides gift delivery services in Singapore for eligible orders and locations. We can arrange delivery for gifts such as flowers, money bouquets, Fortune Cats and other selected products.

Our standard island wide delivery fee is $15 - $18 for eligible locations. Special delivery arrangements may have different charges depending on the product and requirements.

Yes. You can let us know your preferred delivery date. For custom-made gifts, please provide sufficient advance notice because additional preparation time may be required.

We can try to accommodate the preferred time range, but specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. For special occasions such as weddings, marriage proposals, anniversaries and surprise events, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss the delivery requirements.

Our standard website service does not provide same-day delivery. If you require an urgent or same-day delivery, please contact us directly to check whether a special delivery arrangement is possible.

Yes, subject to the location being accessible to our delivery service. Please provide the company name, complete address and recipient's contact details. Office deliveries are generally avoided during the lunch period between 12 PM and 2 PM.

Yes. For hotel deliveries, the gift can generally be delivered to the hotel concierge. Please provide the hotel name, address and recipient's name so that the delivery can be properly identified.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the gift. Depending on the delivery location, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place, with a neighbor or at a guardhouse where appropriate. For special gift deliveries, our delivery team may contact the recipient if necessary.

For special delivery orders, we may take a photograph as proof of delivery.

Yes. Self-collection is available from our physical shop at Sunshine Plaza. Self-collection is useful if you need your gift urgently or prefer to arrange your own courier service.

Yes. Customers can arrange a courier service to collect an order from our shop.
