Who are you?

We are a registered business based in Singapore. 

Where are you located?

We are located at Sunshine Plaza. Please see our contact page for direction to reach our shop.

What is your operating hours?

We open daily from 11am to 11pm. We open on major Public Holidays unless otherwise announced in our website. That’s right, we open Mon – Sun and during Public Holidays as well.

Do you have other branches?

We would love to expand our business to other part of Singapore in the near future. As of now, we operate from our shop in Sunshine Plaza.


What kind of products that you sell?

We are a gift shop selling unique products for wedding, birthday, anniversary, businesses and much more. Please see all our product categories in our sitemap.

Where do you import these products?

We carefully choose our suppliers from different sources to ensure these products are the highest quality. Our products origin from China, South Korea and Taiwan.


Do you provide gift wrapping services?

Yes, we provide gift wrapping services. We have a huge selection of wrapping papers, ribbons and small accessories to make your perfect gift. Please follow us on our Instagram to see our portfolio.

Can I bring my gift for you to wrap?

Yes, certainly. We have lots of customers that bring their gift for us to wrap.

Can I bring my own gift wrapping paper for you to wrap?

Of course, we do have customer that engage our wrapping services only.

How much is your gift wrapping services?

The gift wrapping services cost ranging from SGD 2 – SGD 20 depending on the size and complexity.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we provide delivery services as well. For details on fess and delivery terms on conditions, please read our shipping policy.

Do you provide cash on delivery?

Payment need to be confirmed before we deliver our product out.

Can you help me to write a small note on the gift?

Sure, just WhatsApp us your message. We can write it in a small greeting card and put it in the gift as part of the delivery.

Can you deliver at specific time?

We provide customer delivery services as well. For more info, please read our shipping policy or contact us.


What payment options that you provide?

We accept cash, NETS, Visa, Mastercard, Paylah, Paynow, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay and Paypal.

Can you provide credit terms?

Credit terms is not available.
