Returns and Exchange Policy For Online Purchases
1. Online purchase returns & refunds policy is applicable to:

2. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Do allow 7 to 10 working days for your returned parcel reached our warehouse.
3. Electronic product(s) can be returned within 1 month from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found.
4. Original receipts and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return & refund.
5. Product(s) can be returned to our warehouse via delivery or in person.
6. The following items cannot be returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
- Cups & Mugs
- Thermo Flasks
7. Return & refund of online purchases to physical store is accepted.
8. Any form of coupons, discount code or promotional code used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
9. Refund will be issued via your original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
10. Delivery fees paid for the online purchase will NOT be refunded.
11. After our warehouse has received and processed your returned purchase(s), the refund will be processed and completed around 7 to 14 working days depending on the processes at your card company.
12. Eileen Town Gift Shop reserves the rights to reject any return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
13. Eileen Town Gift Shop reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without any prior notice.
How To Return Your Online Purchase For A Refund
Items purchased via third party store such as Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 can be returned for a refund. For instructions on how to return and refund, please follow respective return procedure at these online store. We will process the return request within 1 to 2 working days. Product purchased at these third party website are subject to respective site returns and exchange policy.
Items purchased at our official website https://www.eileentown.com can be returned to our shop for a refund.
1. Email us at email@example.com with photos of your item(s) and provide reasons for the refund. Once you received confirmation from us within 2 to 3 business days, please proceed to return the package to us.
2. Deliver your return package to the following address through any of your preferred courier company via “Parcel Return” (with tracking system) at your own cost. Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by Eileen Town. Please obtain a delivery receipt from your courier company or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.
Eileen Town will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by your courier company. Please note that in person returns to our warehouse is accepted. Returns and Exchange Policy For Physical Store Purchases
All products bought from our physical shop are bound to this returns and exchange policy.
1. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Electronic product(s) can be returned within 1 month from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found.
3. Original receipt and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return, refund & exchange in store.
4. Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
